Some of my most popular pieces come from “Three Latin Prayers.” A few choirs have taken on tour and reprised both “Angele Dei” and “Dona Nobis Pacem.” Less performed but also well received is “Agimus Tibi Gratias.” Now the storied Kühn Choir of Prague has recorded all three for the new Navona Album Celestial Voices coming out in March. I’m so excited, partly because their recordings 40 years ago helped bring me back to music — a story for another day.
